Please note:

  • You must adhere to our rules about proper glaze application.

  • Any damage to our kiln shelves will incur a $15 fee per piece. Please wipe the bottoms of your pieces if they have any glaze (at least a 1/4 inch from the base) and be VERY careful layering your glazes. If you have not properly wiped the bottoms of your pieces there will be a handling fee for our staff to do so.

  • Please know your clay and firing temperatures upon drop off.

  • Clay meltdowns damage shelves and our kilns. Damage fees will be charged. If you are unsure of the clay body, we will only fire it up to a ^04 and you must provide a catch plate.

WE ASK THAT ALL PIECES BEING DROPPED OFF FOR FIRING HAVE A CLEAR SIGNATURE ON THE BOTTOM.

IT HELPS US WITH MAKING SURE PIECES ARE GETTING BACK TO THEIR CORRECT OWNERS, WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION WITH THIS!

  • We ask that you pick up your work no later than 2 weeks from when it is finished firing!
